Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is hiring delivery drivers to transport products from stores to customers, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and safety. You will load orders, operate delivery equipment, and communicate effectively with customers while maintaining vehicle and route discipline.

Responsibilities include loading, delivering, reporting issues, and assisting with warehouse tasks. A valid CDL is not required if not stated; you must meet DOT requirements and be able to lift loads safely.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license with no major violations.
• DOT MEC certification or willingness to obtain within 5 business days of offer.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• English language proficiency to communicate with customers and document deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers from Sherwin-Williams stores using box and flat-bed trucks.
• Load customer orders onto the truck and verify accuracy.
• Maintain the store vehicle and report repairs or servicing needs.
• Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and handle complaints.
• Adhere to routes, schedules, and transportation laws; maintain a safe driving record.
• Prepare reports and delivery-related documents; operate equipment such as cars and trucks.
