Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a delivery driver to transport products from store locations to customers in Parkesburg, PA. The role entails loading orders, following routes, and ensuring safe, timely deliveries while maintaining vehicle readiness and providing strong customer service.

Responsibilities include supporting warehouse tasks, tinting, and mixing orders as needed. The position requires a valid CDL/driver's license, DOT MEC, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Valid Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC) from a DOT-listed examiner or willing to obtain within 5 business days of conditional offer.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends with or without accommodation.
• Proficient English; ability to converse with the public and complete reports.
• If internal to Sherwin-Williams, must have a rating of at least Meets Expectations (3).
• If internal to Sherwin-Williams, must have completed HR Cloud eLearning courses.

Responsibilities

• Prepare deliveries to meet customer requirements and operate efficiently.
• Load customer orders properly on the truck.
• Deliver items to customers safely and on time.
• Maintain the store vehicle and report maintenance needs.
• Provide excellent customer service and address questions or complaints.
• Adhere to routes and schedules and follow transportation laws.
• Prepare delivery reports and related documents.
• Operate vehicles and equipment such as cars, trucks, forklifts.
• Assist with warehouse duties, tinting and mixing customer orders, and customer service.
