Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must have a valid Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC) from an FMCSA DOT-registered medical examiner or be willing to obtain one within five business days of a conditional offer.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must read and speak English sufficiently to communicate with customers and complete records.
• Internal to Sherwin-Williams, you must have a 'meets expectations' rating and completed HR Cloud eLearning courses.

Responsibilities

• Ensure deliveries are prepared to meet customer requirements efficiently.
• Load customer orders properly on the truck.
• Ensure appropriate forms are completed.
• Load, transport and deliver items to customers safely and timely.
• Maintain the store vehicle and report repair needs.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints.
• Adhere to assigned routes and schedules.
• Comply with transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
• Prepare reports and other delivery-related documents.
• Operate equipment such as cars, trucks, forklifts, etc.
• Perform warehouse duties including tinting and mixing orders.
