Job summary

Sherwin-Williams seeks a responsible Delivery Driver to transport paints and related products from stores to customers in a safe, timely manner. You will load orders, verify accuracy, and provide excellent service while adhering to routes and schedules.

The role requires a valid driver's license, DOT MEC, ability to lift up to 70 lbs, and good English communication. Evening and weekend shifts may be required; internal candidates must meet performance standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must have a valid DOT MEC or willing to obtain within 5 business days of offer.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. frequently and 70+ lbs on occasion.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Must read/speak English well enough for daily interactions.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees must have a meets expectations rating.
• Must complete HR Cloud eLearning courses for current position.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers from Sherwin-Williams stores.
• Load customer orders onto the truck.
• Complete required forms and reports.
• Deliver items safely and on time.
• Maintain store vehicle and report repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules.
• Adhere to transportation laws and maintain a clean driving record.
• Operate vehicles and equipment (cars, trucks, forklifts).
• Perform warehouse duties and tinting/mixing tasks as needed.
