Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED General studies or technical school graduate or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
• Experience operating box trucks or similar commercial vehicles with a GVW between 14,500 and 26,000 pounds
• Ability to meet all applicable DOT requirements and maintain required medical certification
• Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull merchandise weighing up to 40 pounds, with team-lift support available for heavier items
• Strong commitment to safety, customer service, and operational excellence
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including overtime when business needs require
• DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State

• Safely operate a company delivery vehicle to complete scheduled customer deliveries within assigned service areas.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload merchandise while following all safety procedures and DOT requirements.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every interaction, resolving routine delivery questions and escalating issues when necessary.
• Utilize handheld technology to manage delivery routes, obtain customer signatures, and document delivery completion.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Verify order accuracy and ensure merchandise is delivered in excellent condition.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, vehicle safety standards, and applicable transportation regulations.
• Support warehouse operations as needed, including pulling, stocking, staging, and inventory-related activities.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Communicate proactively regarding delivery delays, route changes, or customer concerns.
