Job summary

Performance Home Medical in Lyons, IL is seeking a Delivery Technician for the Operations Team. This full-time role includes daily deliveries, equipment setup, and patient interaction in a clinical setting with on-site support.

Responsibilities include administrative tasks, troubleshooting equipment, data entry, and documentation for insurance. Background in medical equipment preferred; training provided. On-call weekend rotation is required.

• Perform daily deliveries including set up, service, and explanation of equipment.
• Troubleshooting patient issues with equipment and service.
• Clean/maintain company vehicles, property, and equipment after daily usage.
• Rotating afterhours and weekend on-call schedule.

We are seeking a motivated, high energy, individual to join our Operations Team as a Delivery Technician. As a part of our Delivery team, you must be responsible, reliable, detail orientated and can multitask in a fast-paced environment. You must also have good people skills to deal with patients and peers amongst several departments. A background in medical equipment preferred but we will train the right candidate.
This is a Full-Time position scheduled for 40 hours per week plus on-call responsibilities. The regular work schedule for this role is Monday through Friday.
