Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high levels of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles and assist customers as part of the car-hauler process.
• Complete customer paperwork and maintain accurate notes in the tracking system.
• Ensure safety and maintain a clean driving record according to policy.
• Provide friendly, professional service to customers during delivery and handoff.
