Job summary

Jimmy John's in Sheboygan, WI is seeking delivery drivers to hand-deliver sandwiches in a defined local area with short routes and familiarity. You will learn routes, ensure fast, safe deliveries, and double-check orders before leaving the shop.

Responsibilities include taking phone orders, handling payments, reconciling cash and tips at shift end, and helping with in-store tasks when not on routes. Minimum age is 18 and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• 18 or older.
• Valid driver’s license with your own reliable, insured vehicle.
• Driving record with no DUIs and no more than two moving violations in the past three years.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers in English (phone orders, delivery tickets).
• Must pass an MVR check.

Salary Range: $11.50-$13.50 Hourly

Your $600 sign-on bonus

Paid $100/month for six months while you're actively working and in good standing. No hoops.

What you’ll actually do

• Deliver Jimmy John's sandwiches in a defined local delivery area — short routes, familiar territory, no long hauls.
• Learn your routes and get orders out fast and safely.
• Double-check every order before it leaves.
• Take phone orders and handle payments accurately.
• Reconcile your cash, tips, and mileage with your manager at shift end.
• Pitch in on in‑shop tasks between runs.

Pay and benefits

• $11.50-$13.50/hour base
• Tips — yours, every shift
• Driver Maintenance Reimbursement: $0.37-$0.47 per mile to offset wear on your vehicle.
• $600 sign‑on bonus

• Full‑time (30+ hrs/week): medical, dental, vision, retirement plan with employer match.

Part‑time roles under 30 hours/week are not benefits‑eligible.
