Job summary

Jimmy John's delivery driver in Manitowoc, WI is seeking dependable drivers to deliver sandwiches within a defined local area. You’ll work in-shop between runs and earn pay for that time as well as tips on every shift.

Base pay is $11.50-$13.50 per hour, plus tips and mileage reimbursement; a $600 sign-on bonus is available. Flexible scheduling; no CDL required, just a car and a clean driving record.

• Reconcile cash, tips, and mileage with the supervisor.
• Contribute to in-shop tasks between deliveries.

$600 sign-on bonus. Tips paid out every shift. Mileage reimbursement on every delivery.

Base pay $11.50 - $13.50 per hour, plus tips and mileage reimbursement. Our drivers averaged $26.18 per hour including tips over the past six months.

Flexible scheduling. Start within 5 days of applying. No CDL required - just your own car and a good driving record.

Your $600 sign-on bonus Paid $100/month for six months while you're actively working and in good standing. No hoops.

What you'll actually do

You'll deliver Jimmy John's sandwiches in a defined local delivery area - short routes, familiar territory, no long hauls. Between deliveries, you'll work in-shop and get paid for that time too.

• Learn your routes and get orders out fast and safely
• Double-check every order before it leaves
• Take phone orders and handle payments accurately
• Reconcile your cash, tips, and mileage with your manager at shift end
• Pitch in on in-shop tasks between runs

Pay and benefits

• $11.50 - $13.50 per hour base
• Tips - yours, every shift
• Driver Maintenance Reimbursement: $0.37-$0.47 per mile to offset wear on your vehicle
• $600 sign-on bonus

• Full-time (30+ hrs/week): medical, dental, vision, retirement plan with employer match

Part-time roles under 30 hours/week are not benefits-eligible.

Qualifications

What you need
