• Basic math skills for processing delivery documentation.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily vehicle inspection and safety checks before starting delivery routes.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles according to safety standards.
• Transport and deliver products to customers following routes and schedules.
• Verify delivery information and obtain customer signatures for completed deliveries.
• Handle delivery documentation, including manifests and receipts.
• Operate material handling equipment when necessary (hand trucks, pallet jacks).
• Report delivery issues, vehicle problems, or customer concerns to the dispatcher.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
• Follow traffic laws and safety regulations while driving company vehicles.
• Process customer returns according to company procedures.
• Track and log all delivery activities using provided systems.

Job Description

The Role

We are seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to join our team in Seattle, Washington. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting and delivering products to our valued customers while maintaining excellent service standards and ensuring timely deliveries throughout the Seattle metropolitan area.

Essential duties include, but are not limited to:

• Complete daily vehicle inspection and safety checks before starting delivery routes
• Load and unload delivery vehicles according to prescribed safety standards
• Transport and deliver products to customers following predetermined routes and schedules
• Verify delivery information and obtain customer signatures for all completed deliveries
• Handle delivery documentation accurately, including manifests and delivery receipts
• Operate material handling equipment such as hand trucks and pallet jacks when necessary
• Report any delivery issues, vehicle problems, or customer concerns to the dispatcher
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicle
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating company vehicles
• Process customer returns according to company procedures
• Track and log all delivery activities using provided systems

Qualifications

Desired Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have a valid Washington State driver's license with a clean driving record (minimum 3 years)
