Job summary

Charlie’s Produce is seeking a dedicated CDL driver to deliver fresh produce across the Spokane region. You will ensure safe, efficient deliveries while handling invoices and maintaining strong customer relations.

The role requires a valid Class A CDL, at least 1 year of commercial driving experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Candidates must be 23+, possess a clean driving record, and read English well.

Qualifications

• Must be 23 years or older.
• One year commercial driving experience.
• Valid Class A CDL and medical card.
• Ability to lift/push/pull 50 lbs throughout shift.
• DOT reading requirement in English.
• Satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver produce to customers in the Spokane region safely and efficiently.
• Check invoices as you make deliveries.
• Load and unload product from trailer w/electric pallet jack.
• Provide superior customer service at each delivery.
• Assist in issuing credit memos and collecting payment for COD customers.
• Maintain dash cam functionality and comply with data privacy policies.

Job Description

The Role

You will be primarily responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of produce to customers throughout the Spokane region.

• Accurately check invoices as you make deliveries
• Load and unload product from trailer w/electric pallet jack
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Perform superior customer service as you interact with customers at each delivery
• Assist in issuing credit memos and collecting payment for COD customers
• Promote & maintain a flexible, cooperative, team-oriented & customer-focused attitude with co-workers & other departments
• Must be comfortable operating a company vehicle equipped with an outward and driver facing dash cam.
• Adhere to company policy regarding dash cam usage and data privacy.
• Drivers are expected to maintain the functionality of their assigned vehicle's dash cam.
• All other duties as requested or assigned

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

• 23 years of age or older

• Valid Class A CDL and medical card
• Demonstrated ability to lift/ push/ pull 50 lbs. throughout shift
• Per DOT rules, applicant should have the ability to read and understand English
• Satisfactory driving record
