Annual Salary: $61,910

This position involves delivering products to stores on an established route or via dynamic dispatch to various retail outlets such as convenience stores, gas stations, small supermarkets, and drug stores, averaging 15-20 stops per day. Responsibilities include driving the delivery vehicle, unloading products, stocking shelves, building displays, setting up promotional materials, and generating invoices for daily settlements. The role requires frequent interaction with store management.

This is a labor-intensive position requiring lifting, loading, and pushing/pulling cases weighing 20-45 pounds repeatedly, along with reaching, squatting, and bending during deliveries and merchandising in diverse weather conditions. During peak seasons, long work hours may be necessary.

Primary Accountabilities

1. Deliver products, serve customers, and execute promotions across multiple stores daily.
2. Operate trucks requiring an appropriate CDL license, including basic driving functions and maneuvering in tight spaces.
3. Service all scheduled customers by the end of each shift.
4. Merchandise and rotate products to local standards, including filling shelves, building displays, and removing outdated stock.
5. Use pallet jacks, hand trucks, and breakdowns to move products between truck and store.
6. Establish positive relationships with store contacts.
7. Comply with operating procedures and DOT regulations.
8. Maintain regular, reliable attendance.
