Are you an experienced Home Care Aide? We have an immediate need for your skills. We offer a wide range of shifts and locations throughout San Diego County. As a private pay home care agency, our clients expect the best, and we are seeking caregivers for companionship care who can engage in activities around the home, perform light housekeeping, assist with dressing, bathing, and medication reminders. If you are seeking long-term employment and are a serious applicant, we invite you to join us.

Our Expectations

We expect excellence from our employees, including:

1. Providing excellent client care
2. Completing paperwork and timesheets accurately
3. Showing up on time for shifts
4. Accepting additional shifts as needed

Care Requirements

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• All aspects of daily life assistance
• Personal care, showers, meal preparation, cleaning, laundry—activities typical of an average home, plus extra
• Incontinence care
• Transporting clients (must be comfortable with this task)

Training is provided
