Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our team and safely transport orders to customers. You will represent Graybar with excellent service and build positive customer relationships on every run.

This daytime, Monday–Friday role keeps you home each night, with no overnights or weekend work. You will load, unload, and deliver using warehouse equipment while following safety rules and DOT requirements.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.
• Ability to meet physical requirements of a warehouse environment.
• Must pass pre-employment physical testing.
• Valid driver's license for applicable vehicle.
• Must pass DOT medical exam and CMV certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to Graybar customers while providing excellent customer service.
• Load and unload trucks using warehouse equipment.
• Inspect vehicle and maintain logs.
• Route optimization to meet customer expectations.
• Safely operate vehicle at all times.
• Maintain positive customer relations and pass along feedback.

More than a job - a career.As a Delivery Driver, you will have face-to-face contact with customers as you deliver orders. You will safely drive a Graybar truck or van from the warehouse to each destination, providing on-time delivery and good customer service. You will be responsible for maintaining positive customer relations and passing along customer feedback, and even promoting services and products! One advantage of this role is that it is typically Monday-Friday during the day and you will be home each night.
