Job summary

Iberia Foods, the leading Caribbean and Hispanic food distributor in the United States, is seeking reliable delivery drivers for Iberia West in Texas. Start pay is $18/hr with overtime opportunities, health, dental and vision insurance, PTO and bonuses. Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 5:00 AM start, in-person work with generous benefits.

Responsibilities include loading, delivering to supermarkets, inspecting vehicles, and maintaining customer satisfaction on each stop. CDL not required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license (CDL not required).
• Clean driving record and background check.
• Willingness to work early mornings and extended hours if needed.

We are seeking for a reliable customer service personnel to join our team. Iberia West is a fast-growing distributor of Latin products across Texas. We serve supermarkets, convenience stores, gas stations, and restaurants. We are looking for reliable and motivated Delivery Drivers to join our team.

Pay & Benefits

Schedule: Monday – Saturday

Start time: 5:00 AM until the last customer is served

Responsibilities

• Safely load, transport and deliver latino food and beverage products to supermarkets and other clients on assigned routes.
• Operate company vehicle in compliance with traffic laws, conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and report maintenance and safety issues.
• Verify delivery quantities against invoices, manage returns and spoils when necessary.
• Load and unload products (must be able to lift up to 50 lbs).
• Provide excellent customer service at every stop.
• Maintain vehicle clean and report any issues.
• Communicate customer needs, feedback, and competitive product information to supervisor and sales representative.
• Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure efficient coverage and customer satisfaction.
• Operate a company issued phone to execute deliveries, capture proof of delivery.
• Ability to operate a pallet jack.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (CDL not required)
• Clean driving record
• Clean background check and drog test
• Previous delivery or sales experience preferred
• Ability to work early mornings and extended hours if needed
• Strong customer service skills and reliability
