Job summary

Iberia Foods (Iberia West) is seeking reliable Delivery Drivers to load, transport, and deliver Latino food and beverages to supermarkets in the Arlington, Texas area. This full-time, in-person role starts at $18 per hour with overtime opportunities and a benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, and bonuses.

Responsibility includes safe driving, pre/post-trip inspections, customer interactions, and coordination with warehouse staff to ensure timely deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, transport and deliver Latino food and beverage products to supermarkets and other clients on assigned routes.
• Operate company vehicle in compliance with traffic laws; conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Verify delivery quantities against invoices; manage returns and spoils when necessary.
• Load and unload products (up to 50 lbs).
• Provide excellent customer service at every stop.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any issues.
• Communicate customer needs, feedback, and product information to supervisor and sales representative.
• Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure efficient coverage and customer satisfaction.
• Operate a company-issued phone to capture proof of delivery.
