Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years managing frontline employees preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 10-20 delivery drivers to meet customer orders in a fast-paced environment.
• Handle field customer calls and ensure 100% service levels.
• Maintain delivery time windows daily and coordinate with sales and warehouse teams.
• Coach and develop drivers to improve daily productivity and safety.
• Ensure compliance with DOT and safety standards; conduct safety trainings.
• Lead team meetings and drive continuous process improvements.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and prioritizing skills with urgency.
