PepsiCo in Twinsburg, OH is seeking a Delivery District Leader to guide a team of 20-40 drivers, ensuring timely deliveries and merchandising to key customers in a fast-paced direct store delivery environment.

You will coach and develop drivers, collaborate with sales and warehouse teams, drive productivity, and uphold safety standards. This role requires early morning hours, weekend availability, and a valid driver's license. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years managing frontline employees.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings and weekends.
• Must lift up to 40 lbs periodically.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license; safe driving record preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage a group of 20-40 drivers.
• Answer field customer calls regarding deliveries and ensure 100% customer service.
• Ensure store delivery time windows are met daily.
• Collaborate with sales representatives and warehouse operations to meet customer needs.
• Coach, lead and develop delivery drivers to support the sales organization and improve productivity.
• Maintain process improvements to enhance productivity of delivery department.
• Ensure compliance with PBC safety standards.
• Conduct team meetings and safety training.
• Demonstrate strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and prioritizing skills.
• Maintain a high sense of urgency.
• Show results in improving business performance through leadership.
