Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Delivery District Leader in the United States to lead a team of frontline delivery drivers in a fast-paced direct store delivery environment, ensuring on-time deliveries and exceptional customer service.

You will coach drivers, coordinate with sales and warehouse teams, enforce safety standards, and drive continuous productivity improvements while maintaining a strong sense of urgency and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years managing frontline employees.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings (3am-6am start), evenings and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage a group of delivery drivers.
• Answer field customer calls regarding deliveries and ensure 100% customer service.
• Ensure store delivery time windows are met daily.
• Work with sales and warehouse teams to meet customer and sales needs.
• Coach and develop drivers to support the sales organization and improve productivity.
• Maintain process improvements to enhance delivery productivity.
• Ensure compliance with DoT and PBNA safety standards.
• Conduct team meetings and safety training.
• Demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills.
• Show a strong sense of urgency and leadership to improve business performance.
