Job summary

TriMark USA, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping operations in Brisbane, CA. This role reports to the Senior Warehouse Manager and requires a reliable, safety‑minded individual for a Monday–Friday, 12:30 PM–9:00 PM shift.

Responsibilities include inspecting shipments, stocking inventory, picking orders, and coordinating with leadership to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED, or equivalent Military or practical experience.
• 0 - 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Prior experience operating warehouse equipment is a plus.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect shipments and compare with records to ensure accuracy.
• Place received inventory in correct warehouse locations and maintain organization.
• Perform order picking and assist with shipping of orders.
• Accurately sort and load delivery trucks to contribute to on-time deliveries.
• Complete paperwork accurately and maintain a customer service‑oriented attitude with customers and colleagues.
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, 2-wheel dollies, and order picker lifts safely.
• Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills and focus on safety in all activities.
