Responsibilities

• Schedule deliveries and dispatch drivers on a timely basis.
• Ensure correct parts are delivered to the right customer order with accuracy and courtesy.
• Map out efficient routes for deliveries.
• Track and analyze delivery service quality using the Delivery Management System.
• Overcome roadblock problems for customers and provide effective solutions.
• Handle cash returned by drivers and keep accurate records.
• Inspect returned parts and cores for return to DC or manufacturer.
• Maintain fleet, ensuring vehicles are safe and in good working order.
