Job summary

Miratech is seeking a Delivery Director for MiraCloud implementations in the United States. You will lead enterprise-scale delivery programs, ensuring client satisfaction, governance, and profitability across multiple engagements.

The role combines delivery leadership, customer relationship management, and people leadership, partnering with Customer Success and executive stakeholders to drive growth and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT delivery or program management leadership.
• Experience leading delivery for enterprise-scale implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead successful MiraCloud implementations meeting scope, quality, and timelines.
• Own customer success and build relationships with enterprise stakeholders.
• Scale MiraCloud PMO practices, governance, and delivery standards.
• Develop Project Managers and foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure profitability and alignment with contractual commitments.
• Represent MiraCloud in executive discussions and reviews.
• Perform other duties aligned with role.
