Job summary

Miratech seeks a Delivery Director for MiraCloud Implementations to lead enterprise-scale client programs, ensuring successful delivery, client satisfaction, and profitability. You will oversee PMOs, set governance standards, and partner with Customer Success and executives to enable scalable growth.

You will drive delivery excellence across multiple engagements, coach project managers, and maintain strong relationships with enterprise stakeholders while aligning with Miratech’s strategic goals.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT delivery leadership experience.
• Experience leading PMOs, delivery managers, or similar teams.
• Proven success in enterprise-scale customer implementations and transformations.
• Experience building or scaling delivery organizations and governance models.
• Experience in CX, Contact Center, CCaaS, SaaS, or managed services environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead successful delivery of MiraCloud implementations, ensuring scope, quality, timelines and outcomes are met.
• Own customer success and build trusted enterprise relationships.
• Establish and scale MiraCloud project management practices, governance, and standards.
• Coach and develop project managers and foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure delivery performance, resource utilization, and profitability align with contracts and objectives.
• Represent MiraCloud in executive discussions, reviews, and escalations.
