Job summary

Intellias is seeking a Delivery Director to oversee the delivery of complex software engineering projects for clients, collaborating with clients, PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure best-in-class service.

You will lead delivery teams, manage budgets and timelines, and drive adoption of new technologies while fostering a collaborative and innovative culture across the organization. Experience in NA healthcare and AI transformations are a big plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong leadership and management skills with experience leading teams of technical professionals.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Experience with building and executing strategies.
• Proven track record of delivering complex software engineering projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Experience in Agile software development methodologies and project management frameworks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
• Experience in the North American region clients.
• Experience in the Healthcare (NA) domain is a big plus.
• Experience in running of AI-related transformations is a big plus.

Responsibilities

Lead Delivery Organization:

• Lead a team of delivery managers, engineers, and other technical professionals to deliver high-quality software engineering projects for the clients
• Manage portfolio budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project outcomes
• Develop and implement best practices and processes for delivery to continuously improve our efficiency and quality

Be a trustful partner for key clients:

• Collaborate closely with our clients to understand their business goals and help to develop tailored solutions to meet their needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth project delivery and ongoing success
• Work closely with business leaders and clients to understand their technology needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements and to identify new opportunities for growth and differentiation

Support Business Development:

• Lead and manage top-priority pre-sales, providing direction, guidance, and support to the team and ensure the success of our sales efforts
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients throughout the sales cycle
