Qualifications

• 5+ лет на старшей руководящей должности.
• 3+ года опыта управления портфелем проектов.

• Опыт разработки и реализации стратегий развития бизнеса для крупных клиентов и отраслевых delivery организаций.
• Опыт взаимодействия с клиентами на Североамериканском рынке и способность выстраивать доверительные отношения.

Responsibilities

As the Delivery Director at Intellias, you will oversee the delivery of complex software engineering projects for our clients. You will be a crucial member of our leadership team, working closely with key clients, project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure we provide best-in-class service.

• Lead a team of delivery managers, engineers, and other technical professionals to deliver high-quality software engineering projects for the clients
• Manage portfolio budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project outcomes
• Develop and implement best practices and processes for delivery to continuously improve our efficiency and quality
• Lead the exploration and adoption of new technologies and tools to drive innovation and efficiency
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the delivery teams
• Collaborate closely with our clients to understand their business goals and help to develop tailored solutions to meet their needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth project delivery and ongoing success
• Work closely with business leaders and clients to understand their technology needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements and to identify new opportunities for growth and differentiation
• Lead and manage top-priority pre-sales, providing direction, guidance, and support to the team and ensure the success of our sales efforts
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients throughout the sales cycle
• Identify and evaluate new and emerging technologies that can be applied to our solutions and services
• Develop and execute a comprehensive innovation strategy that aligns with the company’s business goals and objectives
• Lead and manage our research and development team, providing technical guidance and mentorship to drive the success of our projects
• Stay up-to-date with the latest software engineering trends and technologies to ensure our team is always at the cutting edge of the industry

• 5+ years in a senior leadership role
• 3+ years of portfolio management experience in similar role
• Strong leadership and management skills with experience leading teams of technical professionals
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and align technical solutions with business objectives
• Experience with building and executing business development strategies for large accounts and industry-focused delivery organizations
• Proven track record of delivering complex software engineering projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners
• Experience in the Healthcare (NA) domain
• Experience in Agile software development methodologies and project management frameworks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and deadlines
• Experience with clients in the North American region
