Job summary

Carvana is seeking energetic Customer Advocates with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to join our expanding team in Kansas City. The role involves delivering vehicles, loading haulers, and maintaining thorough customer records in our tracking system.

Starting pay is $19/hr with a structured path to $21/hr; annual merit opportunities can raise pay every 90 days. Full benefits include 401(k) matching and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Willingness to work 11am–9pm and 7 days a week with rotating days off.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors using car haulers with full training provided.
• Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect for safe operation.
• Complete customer paperwork and document notes in the tracking system.
• Drive safely with a clean driving record per policy.
