Atlas Logistics' TopHAT division seeks a Delivery Coordinator to manage high-volume home deliveries across the United States and Canada. This role emphasizes customer, colleague, and vendor relationships, with strong safety knowledge and proper delivery procedures.

Responsibilities include coordinating deliveries end-to-end, routing, tracking shipments, and reporting on performance. The position offers 40 hours/week, 11:00am–7:00pm, Tuesday–Saturday, with possible overtime during peak season.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• 5-8 years' job-related experience and/or a combination of education/experience required.
• Effective problem-solving, oral, and written communication skills.
• Experience in Logistics/In-Home Delivery is a plus.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations preferred.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, clients, and outside organizations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support deliveries from start to end, answering questions and solving delivery problems.
• Route and assign daily routes within Dispatch Track for each delivery team.
• Track and ensure merchandise is accounted for, handled, and delivered.
• Collect operational data and assess performance weekly.
• Build relationships with customers, clients, and staff to drive improvements.
• Ensure daily truck inspections and safety measures are met.
• Other duties may be assigned.

The Delivery Coordinator helps to manage the success of our operation in a high-volume home delivery environment. To be successful, the coordinator must maintain strong customer, colleague, and vendor relationships, and have a strong knowledge of safety protocols and proper delivery procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and supporting deliveries from beginning to end, serving as the expert for answering questions and solving problems related to deliveries.
• Routing and assigning daily routes within Dispatch Track for each delivery team.
• Tracking and ensuring merchandise is accurately accounted for, handled, and delivered.
• Daily and weekly collection of operational data and performance report assessments.
• Building relationships and establish effective communication with customers, clients, and staff to ensure continued and expanding operating improvements.
• Ensuring daily truck inspections + safety measures are met.
• Other duties may be assigned.
