TopHAT Logistical Solutions, LLC, a division of Atlas Logistics, seeks a Delivery Coordinator to manage a high-volume home delivery operation. You will coordinate routes, answer questions, and ensure accurate delivery while maintaining strong customer and vendor relations.

The role emphasizes safety, problem solving, and effective communication with staff and clients. Full-time hours are 8:00am–5:00pm, with overtime possible during peak season, and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5-8 years' job-related experience and/or a combination of education and experience.
• Effective problem-solving, oral, and written communication skills.
• Experience in Logistics/In-Home Delivery is a plus.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations preferred.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, clients, and other outside organizations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support deliveries from start to finish; act as the expert for questions and solutions.
• Route and assign daily routes within Dispatch Track for each delivery team.
• Track merchandise to ensure accurate handling and delivery.
• Collect and assess operational data and performance reports weekly.

The Delivery Coordinator helps to manage the success of our operation in a high-volume home delivery environment. To be successful, the coordinator must maintain strong customer, colleague, and vendor relationships, and have a strong knowledge of safety protocols and proper delivery procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and supporting deliveries from beginning to end, serving as the expert for answering questions and solving problems related to deliveries.
• Routing and assigning daily routes within Dispatch Track for each delivery team.
• Tracking and ensuring merchandise is accurately accounted for, handled, and delivered.
• Daily and weekly collection of operational data and performance report assessments.
• Building relationships and establish effective communication with customers, clients, and staff to ensure continued and expanding operating improvements.
• Ensuring daily truck inspections + safety measures are met.
• Other duties may be assigned.
