Job summary

TopHAT Logistical Solutions, a division of Atlas Logistics, is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to support high-volume home delivery operations across the U.S. and Canada. You will manage deliveries, route assignments, and data reporting while maintaining safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in logistics or in-home delivery, strong communication skills, and knowledge of DOT regulations. This role offers full-time hours and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of job-related experience.
• Excellent problem-solving, oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in Logistics/In-Home Delivery preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations preferred.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, clients, and other outside organizations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and supporting deliveries from beginning to end, serving as the expert for answering questions and solving problems related to deliveries.
• Routing and assigning daily routes within Dispatch Track for each delivery team.
• Tracking and ensuring merchandise is accurately accounted for, handled, and delivered.
• Daily and weekly collection of operational data and performance report assessments.
• Building relationships and establish effective communication with customers, clients, and staff to ensure continued and expanding operating improvements.
• Ensuring daily truck inspections + safety measures are met.
• Other duties may be assigned.

The Delivery Coordinator helps to manage the success of our operation in a high-volume home delivery environment. To be successful, the coordinator must maintain strong customer, colleague, and vendor relationships, and have a strong knowledge of safety protocols and proper delivery procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Employment Type & Hours:

• Full-time position that will consist of 40 hours per week.
• Hours are 11:00am to 7:00pm, Tuesday - Saturday
• Possible overtime during peak season

Qualifications

What You'll Need:

• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• 5-8 years' job-related experience and/or a combination of both education and experience are required.
• Effective problem-solving, oral, and written communication skills.
• Experience in Logistics/In-Home Delivery/ a plus.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations preferred.
