• Daily engagement the Delivery Assurance Manager to identify delivery risks, barriers and delivery status.
• Constantly looking to identify obstacles early, actively working to resolve those impediments, and escantel when needed.
• Identify and participate in resolution of process flow routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Delivery Coordinator (Delco) is responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of products and to communicate statuses and delivery plans to the Customer Service Representatives and the Delivery Assurance Manager. They are the main point of contact for internal customers.
