Job summary

Sonaca North America is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to ensure timely product delivery and to communicate statuses to Customer Service Representatives and the Delivery Assurance Manager. You will be the main point of contact for internal customers, coordinating orders through manufacturing and monitoring schedules to minimize delays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or materials management preferred with minimum 4 years of aerospace manufacturing customer service experience.
• Alternate: High School diploma with minimum 6 years of aerospace manufacturing customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external customer orders through the manufacturing process.
• Respond to delivery or product related inquiries as needed.
• Communicate with plant operations, shipping, and quality.
• Engage with Delivery Assurance Manager to identify risks and status.
• Identify obstacles and drive resolution to maintain schedule.
• Support scheduling and flow of production to meet delivery timelines.
