• Coordinate and direct internal and externals customer orders through the manufacturing process.
• Respond to delivery related or product related inquiries as needed. This includes direct communication with plant operations, shipping, and quality.
• Daily engagement the Delivery Assurance Manager to identify delivery risks, barriers and delivery status.
• Constantly looking to identify obstacles early, actively working to resolve those impediments, and escantel when needed.
• Identify and participate in resolution of process flow routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
