Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Paramus, part of the Lithia & Driveway family, is hiring Delivery Coordinators. The role focuses on coordinating daily vehicle deliveries with the sales team and Finance Manager, guiding customers through delivery, and serving as the contact for post-delivery inquiries.

Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, have 1–2 years of retail/customer-facing experience, and a valid driver's license. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and complete vehicle deliveries daily with the Sales team and Finance Manager.
• Assist customers through and after delivery in a prompt, friendly and professional manner.
• Serve as point of contact for any technology or vehicle related inquiries after delivery.
• Review all purchase and delivery paperwork, ensuring documents are accurate and fully signed before submitting to billing team.
• Complete physical inventory of vehicles and maintain lot appearance; assist in snow removal/maintenance.

What You'll Do:

• Schedule and complete vehicle deliveries daily with the Sales team and Finance Manager

Who We're Looking For:

• 1-2 years of retail or similar customer-facing experience preferred
• A team player who is focused on providing top-notch customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Total Rewards

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $20.00. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on individual units delivered and manufacturer approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
