Job summary

Lithia Motors’ Mercedes-Benz of Jackson location is seeking an experienced automotive technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair Mercedes-Benz vehicles. You will use factory tools and procedures, perform advanced electrical diagnostics, and document work to exacting standards.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of tech experience, Mercedes-Benz experience, and strong electrical/mechanical skills, with ASE or manufacturer certifications preferred and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive technician experience.
• Mercedes-Benz experience strongly preferred.
• German manufacturer experience highly desired.
• Strong electrical, diagnostic, and mechanical skills.
• ASE and manufacturer certifications preferred.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Personal technician tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair Mercedes-Benz passenger vehicles.
• Utilize manufacturer-specific software, equipment, and repair procedures.
• Perform advanced electrical and drivability diagnostics.
• Document work accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Deliver the premium level of workmanship Mercedes-Benz owners expect.
