Job summary

Bish’s RV, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Coordinator in Eldridge, IA to support customer follow-up, data entry, and basic admin duties. The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and exceptional service as customers take delivery of their new RV.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, time management, and computer skills, with a clean appearance and willingness to work Saturdays. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident in phone communication and multi-line phone use.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Available on Saturdays until 6PM.
• Experience in event coordination.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Customer service updates.

• Participate in delivering the customer experience during RV delivery.

Job description

As the Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for customer follow-up, data entry, and basic administrative duties. The ideal candidate has good time management skills, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service skills. Pay: $24 hourly.

What You’ll Do

• Customer service updates
• Data entry - translating technician notes for entry into our Service database
• File and photo organization - filing paper copies of forms as well as uploading photos and documents into our Service system
• Assisting with calculations of technician work time
• Gets to be a part of a customer's best experience: taking delivery of their new RV!
• Working effectively as a team with Service, Parts, Sales, and store leadership

What We're Looking For

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confidence in phone communication and multi-line phone use
• The ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
• Must be available on Saturdays (until 6PM)
• Experience in event coordination
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
