Job summary

Bish’s RV in Davenport, IA is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to handle customer follow-up, data entry, and light administrative tasks. The role involves coordinating with Service, Parts, Sales, and leadership to ensure a smooth delivery experience for customers buying their new RV.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be comfortable with multi-line phones, and be able to work independently as well as in a team.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence in phone communication and multi-line phone use.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
• Must be available on Saturdays (until 6PM).
• Experience in event coordination.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Neat, clean and professional appearance.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Value in all interactions with customers and co-workers

Description

As the Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for customer follow-up, data entry, and basic administrative duties. The ideal candidate has good time management skills, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service skills. Pay: $24 hourly.

• Data entry - translating technician notes for entry into our Service database
• File and photo organization - filing paper copies of forms as well as uploading photos and documents into our Service system
• Assisting with calculations of technician work time
• Gets to be a part of a customer's best experience: taking delivery of their new RV!
