Job summary

Bish’s RV, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Coordinator in Texas. The role focuses on customer follow-up, data entry, and basic administrative duties within a fast-paced RV dealership.

The position involves coordinating new and used RV deliveries, maintaining organized records, and supporting service and sales teams while ensuring an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, proficiency with Word/Excel, and the ability to work Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent verbal and written communication required.
• Ability to pass background check and drug test.
• Available on Saturdays until 6 PM.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service updates.
• Enter data by translating technician notes into the Service database.
• File and organize papers; upload photos and documents into the Service system.
• Assist with calculations of technician work time.
• Coordinate delivery for new and used RVs with customers and teams.
• Manage the Social Media page in addition to delivery coordination duties.
• Collaborate with Service, Parts, Sales, and store leadership.

Job description

As the Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for customer follow-up, data entry, and basic administrative duties. The ideal candidate has good time management skills, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service skills. Pay range: $18 - $20 hourly.

What You'll Do

• Customer service updates
• Data entry - translating technician notes for entry into our Service database
• File and photo organization - filing paper copies of forms as well as uploading photos and documents into our Service system
• Assisting with calculations of technician work time
• Gets to be a part of a customer's best experience: taking delivery of their new RV!
• Working effectively as a team with Service, Parts, Sales, and store leadership
• Teammate will be responsible for Social Media page in addition to assisting with Customer delivery coordination for new and used campers.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confidence in phone communication and multi-line phone use
• The ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
• Must be available on Saturdays (until 6PM)
• Experience in event coordination
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
