EverOps is a US-based technology consulting firm. We’re a remote-first, distributed team that values craft and outcomes over billed hours. We’re seeking a Senior Account Executive to grow client engagements and lead strategic conversations with engineering and product teams.

You’ll translate complex modernization challenges into measurable business value, cultivate long-term relationships, and drive revenue growth across the US market while collaborating with delivery leaders and tech experts.

The Work

What You'll Actually Do

Build self-service developer platforms that accelerate delivery velocity. Design CI/CD pipelines, IaC frameworks, and automated tooling that scales with company growth.

Architect and execute migrations to AWS, Azure, or GCP. Re-platform applications, modernize infrastructure, and implement observability and cost controls from day one.

SRE & Reliability

Improve system reliability through better observability, incident management, and automation. Reduce MTTR, establish SLOs, and build cultures of operational excellence.

Networking & Security

Design secure, high-performance networks with zero-trust architectures. Implement connectivity solutions that scale globally while maintaining compliance.

FinOps & Cost Optimization

Analyze cloud spend, establish governance, and recover millions in waste. Build automated controls that align costs with business value.

AI & Automation

Implement AI use cases that deliver measurable impact. Build intelligent automation, predictive systems, and copilots that transform operations.

Remote-First, Distributed Team

Work from wherever you're most effective. We're distributed across the US with occasional team gatherings for connection and planning. Trust and autonomy are built-in. We measure outcomes, not hours.

Client Embedded, Team Supported

You'll work directly with client teams day-to-day, but you're part of a broader EverOps community. Weekly syncs with your TechPod, access to leadership, and a network of peers solving similar problems across different companies.

Variety Without Chaos

Engagements typically last 3-6 months for Delivery work, 12+ months for Operations. You get exposure to different companies, tech stacks, and challenges without the constant context-switching of traditional consulting.

Reasonable Pace

Yes, the work is high-stakes. But we're not a sweatshop. Most engineers work standard weeks. When crunch time happens (production incidents, critical deadlines), we support each other and then recover.

Tools & Technology

You'll work with modern tooling across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation), CI/CD (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD), observability (Datadog, Prometheus), and more. We're early adopters of AI-assisted development and you'll have access to the best tooling to amplify your work.

Senior engineers lead TechPods, mentor junior engineers, and shape client strategy. Principal engineers architect complex solutions and serve as trusted advisors to VP and C-level executives.

AI-Native Practice

You can explain complex technical decisions to both engineers and executives. You document your work clearly and teach others effectively.
