Ewing Outdoor Supply is hiring a Customer Service Associate/Delivery Driver in Henderson, NV. You will assist customers in-store, handle deliveries via an Isuzu NRR 650-class vehicle, and ensure timely, accurate information on products and pricing. A strong customer focus and physical stamina are essential.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and ongoing product knowledge, with opportunities to contribute to store profitability through cross-selling and efficient route execution.

Qualifications

• Forklift proficiency is required.
• Prior outdoor supply industry experience is preferred.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and performing repetitive physical tasks.
• Comfortable operating and making deliveries on a daily route in a commercial vehicle.
• Excellent communication and ability to build customer relationships.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers and go the extra mile to engage them.
• Provide accurate information on products, pricing, and services.
• Answer questions and conduct price/feature comparisons.
• Cross-sell products and ensure shelves are stocked.
• Process returns and coordinate with team for customer service.
• Deliver items to various addresses, follow routes, and load/unload the vehicle.
• Follow DOT regulations and safety standards and solicit feedback from customers.
