Quest Global is seeking a supply chain and production planning professional for an OEM site in Erie, PA. The role involves detailed data analysis, monitoring MRP tools and schedules, and collaboration with engineers and program management to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, production planning, quality, and operations.
• Shop floor experience preferred.
• Strong relationship building and teamwork skills.
• Ability to clearly communicate shortage status at both working and executive levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide supply chain management and production planning support at OEM site(s).
• Observe, collect part/process data, analyze it, and close engineering questions and non-conformances.
• Monitor MRP tools, production schedules, WIP, and non-conformances against delivery dates; estimate/revise dates.
• Identify bottlenecks, perform gap analysis, create mitigation plans, track actions to closure.
• Create/maintain Line of Balance to monitor flow, align supply with demand, ensure on-time delivery to stakeholders.
• Develop customer-facing relations with engineers, buyers, and program management at OEM and supply base levels.
• Conduct part transition planning, execution, and verification work.
• Document, summarize, and write reports per requirements.
• Develop/enhance work instructions to implement best practices/lessons learned and ensure repeatability of tasks.
