Job summary

Enflite Inc. seeks a detail-oriented purchasing administrator to support the procurement team in delivering on-time commitments. You will manage open purchase orders, coordinate supplier communications, and update ERP with delivery data to maintain production schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery assurance for existing purchase orders.
• Monitor open POs to ensure on-time material delivery.
• Follow up with suppliers on delivery dates and shipment status.
• Renegotiate delivery dates to align with internal schedules.
• Update POs and notes in ERP with revised delivery dates.
• Process weekly Open PO reports and escalate delivery risks.
• Coordinate returns of non-conforming material.
• Support Buyers with delivery follow-up and issue resolution.
• Provide status updates on delivery performance to purchasing and operations.
