Job summary

Dotted Line Agency is seeking a Senior Project Manager & Resource Lead to act as the central delivery engine, ensuring client projects move efficiently from kickoff to completion and that creative and media teams stay aligned.

You will lead scheduling, workload management, and accountability across departments, driving excellence and timely, on-budget delivery with a focus on sustainability and growth.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in project management within a marketing, creative, or digital agency.
• Hands-on experience managing creative production workflows, media deliverables, and integrated campaign timelines.
• Fluent in an agency PM tool and champion adoption across a team.
• Highly skilled at managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously without losing quality or detail.
• Experience coordinating external resources, including sourcing, onboarding, and managing deliverables.
• Proactive communicator who documents decisions, flags issues early, and keeps stakeholders informed.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project management for assigned client accounts and workstreams from kickoff through final delivery.
• Build and maintain detailed project schedules proactively, before the team asks for them.
• Maintain real-time visibility into project status, risks, and scope changes, and communicate updates before issues escalate.
• Partner closely with account teams to meet client-facing deadlines and manage expectations.
• Manage scope documentation, change orders, and project health reporting across all assigned projects.
• Serve as the dedicated PM for creative production and for media workstreams, coordinating with senior leaders.
