Job summary

Centr is looking for a Senior Creative Project Manager to own planning and delivery of our creative and content initiatives across production shoots, packaging, social, video, and digital, bringing structure to a high-volume, fast-paced creative environment.

This role is approximately 60% project management and 40% cross-functional coordination, requiring close partnership with teams across Marketing, Product, Content, Engineering, and other business functions to ensure creative work is aligned,

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of experience leading end to end creative project management for complex digital experiences.
• Previous experience in a creative organization, agency, or in-house team with strong understanding of production workflows.
• Proven expertise in Asana, including building projects, workflows, templates, rules, automations, and reporting.
• Experience building and managing timelines, production calendars, and delivery plans in high-volume, fast-paced teams.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Experience mentoring or coaching team members on project management principles.
• Must be available to work online during Centr’s core business hours.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own planning and delivery of creative and content initiatives.
• Lead projects from brief to final asset across production shoots, packaging, social, video, and digital.
• Maintain schedules, calendars, and delivery plans in a high-volume environment.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Content, Engineering and other functions to ensure alignment.
• Design and implement scalable workflows and delivery processes to improve collaboration.
• Drive operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration across the organization.
