Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Delivery Support role to assist day-to-day operations in the Delivery Department in Maryland. The position runs Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm, with pay ranging from $23.26 to $31.57 per hour.

Tasks include monitoring delivery fleets, updating route information, and coordinating with sales and customers. Responsibilities include assisting with managerial administration, processing driver paperwork, DOT compliance filings, and general duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ delivery experience.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic computer programs.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Analytical and reporting abilities.
• Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor delivery fleet using Mobil Cast and RIC.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor delivery fleet using Mobil Cast and RIC.
• Assist with updating delivery information in Microsoft AX and Roadnet database to optimize route efficiencies.
• Check-out the drivers and helpers after completion of routes.
• Communicate daily with sales, customers, and department personnel regarding the status of deliveries.
• Assist delivery manager with managerial administration, such as worker’s compensation, employee discipline, and processing driver paperwork.
• Scan all invoices and daily paperwork.
• Assist with DOT compliance filing and reporting.
• Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years’ delivery experience
• Basic PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software
• Must be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
• Analytic and Reporting skills
• Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures

Physical Requirements

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone
• Light to moderate lifting is required
