Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group in Colorado is hiring for a full-time CDL delivery role within our distribution network. You will interact with customers daily to unload and deliver pre-sold products from our Distribution Center to their accounts, following safety and load integrity guidelines.

The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $30.18 per hour, with two annual pay raises, a four-day workweek (Tuesday–Friday) and strong overtime potential.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL A or B and 1-2 years related delivery experience.
• Demonstrate good communication skills with high levels of professionalism.
• Bi-lingual a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Determines condition of vehicle by inspecting vehicle before and after use, logging inspection, and reporting requirements.
• Maintains safe vehicle and conditions and protects the load by complying with the organization policies, procedures, highway rules and regulations.
• Makes deliveries of product to specific customers using dolly or hand truck.
• Provides customer service by listening and resolving customer concerns.
• May collect payment from customers and reconcile the assigned load with receipts and delivery invoice.
• Returns empty containers and rejected or unsold merchandise by making appropriate collections from customers.
• Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.

• Ability to lift cases 45-65lbs which is the average weight on a regular basis.
• Demonstrate sound judgment and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently sit, stand, bend, squat, and reach.
• Frequently climb into and out of truck.
• Regularly lift 45-65 lbs.
• Occasionally lift, up to 160 lbs.
• Must talk, hear, use hands and fingers to operate a vehicle and tech device.

Competencies

• Accountable for meeting own targets, work is reviewed periodically.
• Problems encountered will be defined, repetitive, and routine with a solution readily available.
