Qualifications

• Experience three to five years in collections or related roles.

• Proficiency with MS Office and bank core systems; knowledge of document retention tools.

Responsibilities

• Contacts delinquent accounts by phone and mail to bring payments current.
• Maintain files and reports on collections activity; process invoices and track borrowers.
• Analyze financial situations of delinquent borrowers and advise on collateral actions.
• Serve as Secretary to the Special Assets Committee; manage meetings and minutes.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly department or board reports for Special Assets or Credit Admin.
• File claims in bankruptcy or related regulatory filings as needed.
• Identify risk rating changes and manage quarterly credit grade affirmation for loans.
• Verify property tax on non-escrowed consumer real estate loans and manage delinquency processes.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
