Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Experience with basic account reconciliations.
• Proficiency with Excel; knowledge of Oracle Advanced Collections and Salesforce is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Regularly contact delinquent accounts via telephone, email and written correspondence.
• Determine why Licensee has not submitted payment.
• Address Licensee questions or concerns and re-educate about licensing value.
• Provide required documentation to substantiate delinquent balances.
• Negotiate mutually agreeable terms to resolve delinquency.
• Update contact information and locate previous owners when needed.
• Perform administrative duties and manage related projects.
