Job summary

Limited Term Administrative El Segundo, CA, US. Kinecta Federal Credit Union seeks a detail-oriented collector to handle delinquent loans, credit cards, and bankruptcies with strong follow-up and compliance. You’ll use skiptracing and coordinate with internal teams to resolve accounts.

Five days a week, professional communication is essential; you will process payments, modify arrangements, and ensure confidentiality of member information while supporting a high-volume service environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of collection of delinquent consumer loans, credit cards and bankruptcies.
• Strong interpersonal, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Collect delinquent consumer loans, credit cards and bankruptcies with skiptracing as needed.
• Maintain thorough follow-up and comply with state and federal collections laws.
• Provide member service and resolve account disputes with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Prepare monthly status reports on assigned portfolio activity.
