Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be 18+ to use sharp knives and operate power-driven machinery or equipment.
• Possess a CA Food Handling license or the ability to acquire one.

Responsibilities

• Managing a team of employees along with the Store Management Team.
• Scheduling of employees (approving/rejecting time off requests).
• Placing daily/weekly orders with guidance of the Store Management Team.
• Managing multiple departments (Sushi, Kitchen, In-Store Bakery, Vendor Bakery).
• Processing, cutting, and packaging Delica items.
• Maintains a well-organized back stock/cooler area.
• Cook hot foods (Deli, bakery, Japanese food).
• Food Preparation and measuring ingredients.
