Summary

A major Japanese supermarket is seeking a Supervisor Manager (Sushi, Delica, and Bakery Division).

Essential Duties

• Oversee the Sushi, Delica, and Bakery departments.
• (Prior experience in sushi or bakery is not required.)
• Manage sales performance for each department.
• Handle purchasing for each department.
• Negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
• Visit and supervise store operations across California locations, providing on-site management and staff direction.

Working Hours

9:00am – 6:00pm

Working Location

Gardena

Travel to other store locations in California for supervision as needed.
